The Triad Business Journal reported on our latest project, the Central Carolina Logistics Center, in Burlington, NC.
About the Central Carolina Logistics Center
Located at 1736 Whites Kennel Road, the Central Carolina Logistics Center will be 187,500 square feet of Class A industrial space. The project, which received city council approval in early October, is set to begin construction later this month.
The logistics center will feature eight-inch uninsulated concrete tilt walls, three drive-in doors, and 20 dock doors, catering to the needs of modern industrial operations.
Why Burlington?
According to BlueScope Properties Group President Matt Roth, “The Carolina Corridor is a prime location for this speculative build, linking key metro areas like Greensboro, Raleigh, and Durham. The city of Burlington has been fantastic to work with, and we’re excited to build here.” His statement underscores the commitment of BlueScope Properties Group to creating business opportunities and driving economic growth.
