BlueScope Properties Group developed the Mid-Florida Logistics Park in Apopka, FL, a submarket of Orlando with a population growth rate of 3.15% annually. Two major tenants have committed to the development, and additional construction is expected soon.
BlueScope Properties Group may toss dirt on roughly 1 million square feet of industrial building in the third quarter at its 180-acre, 2.4 million-square-foot Mid-Florida Logistics Park, President Scott Alexander told Orlando Business Journal.
