BlueScope Properties Group announced plans to develop the remaining 15.8 acres available in its Mid-Florida Logistics Park development in Apopka, FL. The 246,000-square-foot industrial facility will be built speculatively, and construction on the project is expected to start before the end of 2020.
“We’re thrilled with how things have worked in the park,” BlueScope Properties Group President Scott Alexander told Orlando Business Journal. “We’re a big believer in that area, and State Road 429 is such a strong corrider.”
