To support the growth of their business, Marine Fasteners sought out a new facility for its headquarters. BlueScope Properties Group was able to meet their business needs with the development of the Sanford Logistics Center.
Located in the Sanford submarket of Orlando, the property was designed to suit users in light manufacturing, office, warehouse distribution, and wholesale.
The project, called Sanford Logistics Center, is expected to be completed by April 2020, BlueScope President Scott Alexander said May 1, speaking at the Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate Conference UCF College of Business event at the Ballroom at Church Street.
