This 136,915-square-foot facility offers quick access to Interstate-25, which runs north-south through Denver and E-470, which loops most of the Denver-Aurora metropolitan area, providing easy access to other major highways. A number of amenities surround the development. Upon completion, property features will include 37 dock high doors, 3 drive-in doors, and 219 parking spaces.
