Development is underway for the Blue Cactus Logistics Center in Surprise, AZ. Located northwest of Phoenix, with a booming population, this is a prime location for our new tenant, TriColor Auto Group. The 258,000-square-foot facility will bring more than 500 jobs to the area.
“When the chance came to engage in this site, we jumped on it, capitalizing on our position as a self-funded company to meet tight due diligence timing and enter the Arizona market,” BlueScope Properties Group President Matt Roth told The Arizona Republic. “We’re thrilled to announce the commitment by TriColor and the hundreds of new jobs they will bring to Surprise.”
